The Figure, Flower and the Base are sealed separately in a plastic.

Full Body: Front | Back
The hair looks well on the dynamic pose of the figure. I'm glad that they added a bit of thickness on the hair clip unlike with the Yui Hirasawa figure before. Though the color of this figure is not that accurate to the Character since Madoka has white skin more like a pale color.

The uniform looks perfect with those creases and waves. The paint job also turn out well specially on the mini skirt.
I also want to point out that I find the boobs wrong, as I remember in the Anime, Madoka has a big round boobs not a pointed one. 

Flower: is just small and not much details on it. It is a soft kind of material that makes it a bit flexible.
This is to be inserted to the right hand of the Figure to hold on.

Base: is just plain and circular in shape with the attached part for the feet to mount on.

Oops, I forgot to review the bracelet she had on her left wrist. It is green in color with a blue bead on the middle of it. As Madoka says, Maruuuu! The figure looks perfect for me. It is just simple without much to tell on the details. This will be a great addition to my Anime Main Protagonists collection specially to the girls shelf section.
