WIP Part 8: Bandai MG 1/100 Tallgeese EW [Finished]

Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7 |

Now after a few days working out with the Backpack, Tallgeese is finally done. I had a hard time checking whether I jumbled the backpack parts because I am seeing imperfection in the build. And after some clarifications and rundowns I got it correctly.

I also painted the thrusters for the backpack and back skirts with the usual chrome on the outside and red on the inside color scheme. It is just funny that when I was doing the painting, I accidentally lost the other back skirt thrusters somewhere that I couldn't find it for 2 days, just to find out it was just sitting on my tool box.

By the way, this kit is completely done with the Top coat. Here are some photos I have taken after the finishing it off.

I had fun doing the Tallgeese. I enjoyed the parts as well as the articulations though I have some to pin point where I found it hard to pose. Somehow the side skirts is stopping the legs from moving freely because of the connection they had. The connecting parts for the weapons to the shoulders is making it hard to pose. You cannot extend much of the arm unit to the fullest while it is connected to the shoulder by the connector.

Some points the I don't like it much. First is the back skirts, I just don't like it going outside more than the usual back skirts that I build which is only leveled to the waist unit. Other than that the Tallgeese is a really good Kit. Hoping to build it again with my other Tallgeese 2 but not after this one. Maybe after a few more Kits before that. That's it for now. Thanks for your time.
