Everything is inside this cardboard box.

The figure and the base are sealed separately in a plastic.

Full Body: Front | Back
The figure is quite detailed in some parts such as the hat and face.
It has also some details on the buttons of the suit and those accessories on his hands.

Full Body: Sides
The paint job is nicely done. Not much shading but still good to see as well as the shoes.
Though this figure is having pegs for the base to stand on.

Base: is just a simple circle shaped with some holes for the pegs to be mounted.

Photo Summary of the Details

This figure is quite taller than the other DX Figures. Most of the details are made perfectly for me specially on those buttons that turned out well on the creases of the suit. Just got confused on the necktie that has some detailing that looks like buttons too. The left hand also has the accessories of Kotetsu and it was made fairly nice. Though it is just fixed on his hand. The right hand also has his Heroes contact bracelet where they are called if the they're needed on the job. Another figure that satisfies me. Simple but pleases my eyes. Maybe because of the color green which is refreshing to the eyes. Few more to go till finishing my figure reviews. So stay tuned for more and thanks for your time.
